We hope you enjoyed Tapiwa Dzingai’s session on prototype thinking, where we were looking forward to providing a free copy of Geoffrey’s book to participants of her one-hour Wednesday lunch session and her 3-hour Thursday morning workshop held during the Innovation Rodeo. After an almost 8-week wait, the book has finally arrived.
Crossing the Chasm shares insights into the different types of customers and what drives them to buy. The first edition of Geoffrey’s book was released in 1991. The third edition, released in 2014, provides dozens of updated examples of successes and failures and shares new strategies, insights and findings since the second edition came out in 1999.
