To extend the learning beyond the week of the event 100 copies of each of the books below will be made available to in-person participants at the event. Books are given on a first come first served bases and are limited to one book per person.
At the end of the week, the remaining copies of the books are made available to those who attended online using the form below.
The form will be activated once the final pitch competition is over.
When you complete the form below please provide your first, second, and third choices of book.
Due to the volume of requests we are unable to notify you if you choose books we run out of.
If you receive no books within two weeks of the event then unfortunately you were one of those who chose books we ran out of.
