Participants of the Innovation Rodeo have the opportunity to form teams of up to four and win $2,000 cash Tuesday to Thursday by coming up with the best way to apply a Mike’s content to a local startup.
The winning team is picked by the founder of the company who receives the free crowdsource assistance and then splits the daily $2,000 prize.
The intent is for participants to take the theme from Mike Michalowicz’s hierarchy of needs and apply it to the different companies selected.
Each day participants will provide crowdsourced input to a company of a different size as follows:
Tuesday – Creating cash by increasing sales for the chosen company that has less than $100,000 in annual revenue
Wednesday – Creating stability by increasing profit for the chosen company which has annual revenues between $100,000 and $500,000
Thursday – Creating efficiency by improving order for the chosen company who has annual revenues between $500,000 and $1,000,000
